- Rate Engine ignores 1 digit prefixes (such as USA);
- Emails Invoice fails with error;

For the upcoming Asterisell 3 release, I’m moving the project repository from Google Code to Github, because Google Code doesn’t support Git revision control system, and I need it in order to manage free and commercial releases in an effective way.
