asterisell-testing-0.9.7 release

• fixed a bug about user viewable CDRs;
• account code is now 30 chars for both CDR table and AR_ASTERISK_ACCOUNT table;

“user_viewable_cdr” was removed from “apps/asterisell/config/app.yml”. Now Asterisell displays all (only) the “billable_cdr” calls.

If you update remember to execute ”./symfony cc” inside Asterisell root directory.
